İpek M. Sur is a curator, creative producer, and founder of 7 Hills Foundation, established in 2009 in Amsterdam. Her curatorial practice spans visual arts, film, and performance, often exploring themes of memory, belonging, and collective healing.
With over twenty years of experience in international artistic and cultural production, as well as cultural policy, she has served as Senior Policy Advisor for Culture at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairsand held several managerial roles across the arts and cultural sector. Her projects embody a commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and social impact.
Based in Amsterdam, İpek works independently as a curator, researcher, mentor, and creative producer, co-creating with artists and institutions worldwide. Through 7 Hills Foundation, she continues to build spaces where artistic and cultural dialogues can flourish bridging communities, disciplines, and geographies with care and imagination. She also holds several advisory board positionsin the field of arts and culture.
